Max Rector

Max Rector is a business development leader and subject matter expert in the medical device industry. At NI, he partners with medical device and diagnostics companies to accelerate innovation through advanced test and embedded systems, aligning technical solutions with regulatory and commercial needs. His career began at Boston Scientific, where he built expertise in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and global operations. He later took on a cross-functional leadership role at SteriPack, supporting small and mid-sized healthcare companies across sales, manufacturing, and project delivery. Drawing on this breadth of experience, Max focuses on building strategic partnerships that drive growth, deliver measurable results, and improve patient outcomes through technology.
