Dasha Tyshlek

Dasha Tyshlek is the Founder and Chief Strategic Officer of StratCraft, a strategy and leadership advisory firm partnering with technology-driven organizations navigating growth, complexity, and change. Trained as a biomedical engineer, Dasha has led company-wide strategy, organizational alignment, and leadership decision-making across industries including medical devices, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, space, defense, and finance.

Through her work with founders, executives, and cross-functional teams, she has supported leaders through performance challenges, compensation discussions, role transitions, and high-stakes feedback conversations. She also trains scientists and engineers in public speaking and executive communication, helping technical leaders translate complex ideas with clarity, confidence, and credibility. Dasha brings a practical, direct, and empathetic approach to leadership.

She is also the host of University of Virginia's Biomedical Frontiers Podcast, a podcast exploring new technologies and technology translation in healthcare.
