Lyra Wallace is the Director of Operations at Alter Eco Foods, with over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry across finance and operations in both large corporations and smaller companies. She leads the operations team for the US, Canadian, and Pacific markets, managing everything from demand planning to delivering finished goods to retailers. Lyra also oversees the company’s sustainability efforts, managing certifications, and driving continuous improvement and innovation.
