Logan McKnight

Logan McKnight spent 20 years climbing from an IONM technologist (monitoring patients during complex spine and neurosurgical procedures) all the way to CEO in med-tech. 

As CEO of NW Monitoring & PC Medical Billing, Logan scaled the company from a regional provider in the red to a nationally recognized service provider generating millions. Her passion for intentional philanthropy took her to Africa, Barbados, and Nepal, and eventually to India, where she helped start the first national neuromonitoring company. 

Now, as founder of GoodKnight Consulting, Logan helps med-tech executives and companies navigate the transition from operator to strategic leader - building leaders and leadership teams that can carry weight without burning out. She works with organizations on strategic growth, operational scaling, and leadership development, and offers strategic advising for Med-Tech executives and leaders.

Logan serves on the boards of STRIPES, which advances women in med-tech, and the Nepal Spine Foundation.
