Sarah Ptach

Sarah Ptach is the President and CEO of Canyon Labs, a leading provider of medical device and pharmaceutical testing, consulting, and sterilization services. With a clear vision to elevate industry standards, Sarah has built Canyon Labs into a true end-to-end solutions partner that combines scientific excellence with operational agility. Under her leadership, the company has raised the bar, to deliver a more integrated, accessible, and expertise-driven experience for clients across the healthcare ecosystem.

Sarah’s path to healthcare was both personal and purposeful. She began her career in professional sports and advertising before a family experience with Parkinson’s disease inspired her to pursue work that could drive meaningful impact in patient safety and health outcomes. She went on to help scale and successfully exit a packaging firm, an experience that honed her entrepreneurial and operational acumen.

In addition to her role at Canyon, Sarah serves as Vice President, Founder, and Board Member of the[PACK]out, a healthcare-focused conference and collaboration platform uniting leaders across the industry. She also co-leads the Kilmer Innovations in Packaging (KiiP) initiative and serves on the board of the Medical Device Packaging Technical Committee (MDPTC) for the Institute of Packaging Professionals (IoPP).
