Lisa Jacobs is an accomplished MedTech executive, commercialization strategist, and the Founder of STRIPES, a global community dedicated to elevating women’s leadership, visibility, and influence across the medical device industry. With more than 15 years of experience accelerating growth for high-impact healthcare technologies, she has built a reputation for transforming early-stage companies into market-ready organizations and leading teams through breakthrough innovation.

Lisa currently serves as U.S. President of eCential Robotics, where she is overseeing American market expansion, establishing the company’s Franklin, TN headquarters, leading KOL engagement, shaping product and commercialization strategy, and guiding U.S. fundraising efforts—including supporting a $50M capital initiative tied to strategic acquisition and integration.

Across her career, Lisa has built and scaled high-performance teams, delivered 90%+ gross margins, raised capital for emerging ventures, and brought enabling technologies and robotics platforms from concept to commercialization. She has led domestic and global teams in roles including Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Moon Surgical, Vice President of Global Sales for Accelus, and executive sales leadership positions at Medacta USA and Joimax. Her work has influenced product launches, regulatory milestones, major strategic partnerships, and successful exits—including the sale of a robotic navigation platform to Alphatec at 17x revenue.

As Founder of STRIPES, Lisa has created a movement that now spans 2,000+ members across 15+ countries and more than 100 sectors of healthcare. STRIPES delivers mentorship, recruitment support, career transition resources, leadership development, wellness programming, and networking events designed to help women not only advance—but thrive. Under her leadership, STRIPES has become a recognized voice for women in MedTech, uniting executives, innovators, surgeons, engineers, entrepreneurs, and rising professionals.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston College and a Master of Science from Tufts University, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She splits her time between Tennessee and Florida and is dedicated to helping women create their own path, rise into leadership, and shape the future of MedTech.
